Improvements to viewport scaling

We're excited to introduce enhancements to viewport scaling in Pythagoras 2024, ensuring clearer and more precise drawings. Based on feedback regarding scaling inconsistencies in Pythagoras 2023, we've completely revised the viewport scaling mechanism.

Improved Viewport Scaling in Pythagoras 2024

In this version, viewports are scaled differently to enhance readability. While you can still adjust scaling using the 'scale factor' setting, in most cases, manual adjustments will no longer be necessary.

Opening older drawings in Pythagoras 2024

When opening drawings with viewports created in a previous version, you will see the following message:

The viewports have been modified to improve the layout.

As a result, the layout of existing viewports may change. We recommend reviewing the viewports and their scaling factors to ensure they appear as intended.
